As the holidays approached and as things started getting busier for me with photography stuff my house started getting messier and messier and I started getting grumpier and grumpier. Enter Karissa. She has saved my sanity! Instead of a junk drawer we now have all of our pencils, pens, staplers, paper clips, erasers, hair elastics, etc… stored on the inside of a door in a clear hanging plastic shoe organizer! Genius! We also have curtains for our kitchen windows that Karissa cut and hemmed for me out of a one panel curtain I bought at Target. Now that the leaves fell off the bush that was blocking the view into our house next to the kitchen window I wasn’t able to do the dishes in my underwear for awhile there…just kidding:-) I still did it. Just kidding again, because I just make the kids do the dishes. Just kidding again…and it’s late and I’m probably not funny to anyone but myself! Anyway, those of you who have ever lived with me know that the first thing I do in the morning is open all the shades and curtains, and the first thing I do when it is dark is close them…maybe I am a little OCD about the opening and closing of the shades…just a bit, but the curtains make me happy!! Oh I could go through my whole house and list off all the things Karissa has done to make our home run smoother by being cleaner and more organized! And I am a much nicer person because of it! Anyway, this is how I know Karissa! She is fabulous! I highly recommend that everyone find a Karissa to save their sanity!
Anyone who has ever been to my house also knows that I love to decorate with photos. Karissa fell in love with the photos I had up that were taken a few years ago with me and my kidlets. She loved the lifestyle, candid captures so we set off to design a shoot for her to capture that same essence with her and her three kiddos. We settled on a charming coffee shop in Eagle, Idaho and the rest, is history…
I hope you love these Karissa!! I’ll finish up your complete gallery very soon…thanks to the fact that you are coming to save my sanity tomorrow! 🙂
