Everything just seems to work out when it has to do with the Chai family! Even when my husband and I got pulled over on the way to their McCall residence the police officer let us off without even a warning! McCall, Idaho was just gorgeous on the day of the Chai Family Photo Session! I am so lucky to have met this fabulous family and to have had the privilege of taking their family photos! One of the things I like about this photo is the symbolism of kids growing up and taking on more responsibility and parents still in the picture, but letting their children stretch their wings and learn and grow.
I think their dad was making a joke with here! I am still working on my jokes for teenagers!

McCall, Idaho truly is lovely. These photos by the water were taken just behind the Shore Lodge, a swanky hotel on the banks of Lake Payette.
The light was so pretty!
